A Relaxing Drive to Lake Manitoba
Steep Rock Beach Park is located a relaxing 2½ hours Northwest of Winnipeg at section NW2-10-29W. When travelling North from Winnipeg via PTH #6:
- Travel 202 kms (126 miles) to the lighted junction at PR #239, then turn West (left) 15 kms (9 miles) towards the picturesque village of Steep Rock
- Turn North (right) off the pavement onto 55 Road for 3 kms (1.9 miles) then turn West (left) onto Lakeshore Road for 1 km (.6 miles) until you come to the welcoming red archway overlooking the entrance to the park
- Turn North (right) into the entrance driveway, straight to the Park Office to register your arrival
